Tone object representing a LISNR Radius Tone.

com.lisnr.radius.Tone objects contain a payload, specified at creation time, as well as signal strength and quality indicators. The signal strength and quality indicators are only applicable on certain profiles (see signalstrengthandquality). A com.lisnr.radius.Tone that is transmitted will be given the profile of the com.lisnr.radius.Transmitter. A com.lisnr.radius.Tone received by a com.lisnr.radius.Receiver was transmitted using the same profile as the com.lisnr.radius.Receiver.
